Show Requirements: All Exhibitors and Patrons required to follow State Park Guidelines to visit the show. All restrictions have been lifted. We do ask you to respect one another and do not attend if you have symptoms or are at risk.


1. Handmade fine art and fine craft applicants only. The artist must be present.

2. Displays must be professional in appearance and both crowd and weather proof.

Only white display canopies are the allowed on the front lawn of the Museum.

3. Exhibitors are responsible for all setup and removal of their display materials.

4. No mass-produced, kit or production work, and no representatives are allowed.

Works must be for sale and similar in quality and content to the jury images. Labeled, limited edition prints are allowed, less than 10% of booth.

5. A commitment to exhibit is rain or shine. There can be no refunds.

Exhibitors must be open during show hours and be professional.

6. Friday and Saturday Morning set up, Artist Parking.

7. Deadline - Juried monthly until Category is full. Categories will be limited to ensure a balanced art show and a fair art market.

The undersigned does hereby forever discharge, release and hold harmless the Officers, Agents and Assigns, The People of the State of New York, Executive Department, Office of Parks and Recreation, Saratoga-Capital District State Park, The State Historical Preservation and Recreation Commission and its Officers, Agents and Assigns, the Saratoga performing Arts Center, Inc., Gordon Fine Arts, LLC., Sue Brown Gordon, Show organizers, employees, volunteers and the city of Saratoga Springs, NY, of and from any and all manners of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from personal injury and loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the art show at the National Museum of Dance. Booth fees will be refunded or credit towards a booth fee at another GFA show for 1 year, due to GFA COVID-19 safety related show cancellation. There is no refund of jury fee. I agree to personally exhibit August 16 - 17, 2025. The work I show will be handmade by me. I will not come if I am positive for Covid-19 or symptomatic or with fever. I will use safety measures to conduct business. I will have a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer available in my booth. There can be no refunds after May 1, 2025 due to operational costs. We will offer a booth credit for a GFA show if the event must cancel after that date, due to COVID.
